1. More than half of the international delegates at U.N. disarmament talks have criticized North Korea over its nuclear and missile development.
2. U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says he is “pleased” to see what he calls “restraint” from North Korea since the U.N. Security Council adopted a new sanctions resolution against the country.
